Return on Inclusion: 4 Generations of Women at Work

Truth #1: McKinsey & Company found that companies were 56% more profitable when women held executive positions. Truth #2: Stanford University found that 57% of women leave the workforce. How can we reconcile these two facts? And how can we shift the trajectory of the future?

This panel of women in their 20s, 30s, 40s, and 50s will take a generational approach to these questions and more as they explore topics around the value of gender diversity, why empowering women matters, and how each generation is uniquely suited to affect change.

Diversity and inclusion cannot be treated as an add-on. It’s an integral part of how we do business.
